Brent Armstrong Named COO of Merry Maids

Michael Isakson, president and chief operating officer of ServiceMaster Franchise Services Group, has named Brent Armstrong as chief operating officer of Merry Maids, the nation’s leading home cleaning service.  As COO of Merry Maids, Armstrong will report to Isakson through ServiceMaster’s Franchise Services Group, which includes ServiceMaster Clean, AmeriSpec, Furniture Medic and Merry Maids.

Most recently Armstrong was vice president and general manager of AmeriSpec, Furniture Medic and ServiceMaster Clean’s residential cleaning business.

In this newly created position, Armstrong, a former Merry Maids franchise owner, will be responsible for driving new customer growth, retention and continuing to improve the overall customer experience.
