Publication of change in the total number of shares and votes in Diamyd Medical AB

As of March 31, 2010, the share capital in Diamyd Medical AB (publ.) is 14,354,219 SEK. The total number of votes is 4,164,932 and the total number of shares is 28,708,438, divided among 1,437,876 shares of series A (1 vote) and 27,270,562 shares of series B (1/10 vote). This change is due to the exercise of granted employee stock options in the stock option plans of 2007/2010, approved by the Annual Meeting of Shareholders 2007, and of 2008/2011, approved by the Annual Meeting of Shareholders 2008.
