Changes in the Management Team of Merus Power Plc

Merus Power is streamlining its management team and clarifying the company's delivery processes for modular system deliveries and in-house product manufacturing.

As of 1 January 2025, the Management Team will consist of the following members:
Kari Tuomala, CEO
Rainer Antila, CFO
Markus Ovaskainen, Sales Director
Jyri Öörni, R&D Director
Mikko Marttala, Director, System Deliveries and Services
Jarkko Latonen, Director, Factory Operations and Quality

Mikko Marttala is responsible for systems delivery and services across the value chain, from project development to project implementation and lifecycle services. Jarkko Latonen is responsible for factory operations, including sourcing, manufacturing and logistics, product management, QEHS, and sustainability.

Jarkko Latonen (MSc) is a new member of the company's management team. He joined Merus in 2023 as an Operations Development Manager and is currently the Director of Quality, Sustainability, and Product Management. Previously, Latonen has held consulting and management roles in product information management at Roima Intelligence Oy (2022 - 2023) and leadership roles in product development, product management, and quality at Labkotec Oy (2002 - 2022).

We welcome Jarkko Latonen to the management team and would like to extend our gratitude to Maiju Levirinne, Toni Peltomaa, and Juuso Järvinen for their contributions to the company as members of the management team.
