Merus Power Plc, Company release, 19 June 2024 at 8:01 a.m.

The company's financial guidance for 2024 will not be affected by today’s announcement of an energy storage order of nearly 20 million euros from Swiss-based Alpiq.

Merus Power's guidance for 2024 (published 8 February 2024):
net sales and EBITDA will increase compared to 2023.

The company's revenue generation in 2024 will be heavily weighted towards the second half of the year. In terms of energy storage deliveries, the company has continued to invest in developing new generation technologies at the top of the value chain and has increased its expertise as a total solutions provider, including in the Taaleri Energia energy storage project that the company announced on 8 February 2023. The above-mentioned investments to enable growth have required significant one-off costs in the first half of the year.

The company will publish its H1/2024 half-yearly report on 22 August 2024.
