Insiders transfer subscription rights free of charge to long-term investors
Within the framework of the ongoing rights issue in Metacon AB (publ) (the "Company"), board member Lennart Larsson (through company) and major owner Xenophon Verykios, have on request from professional investors and in consultation with the company's financial adviser Eminova, transferred a total of 165,000,000 subscription rights to long-term investors. This corresponds to approximately SEK 8 million or approximately 23% of the rights issue.
The purpose of the transfers is to further strengthen the Company's shareholder base with long-term professional investors. The transfers have been made free of charge and the acquirers have undertaken to exercise all subscription rights to subscribe for new shares in the ongoing rights issue. Among these investors are John Fällström, Johan Kjell, Per Nilsson (through companies) and Martin Wittberg.
