Merger of M-real Petőfi Printing House Ltd. and M-real Petőfi Label Ltd.


Following the decision made by M-real Corporation, M-real Petőfi Printing House
Ltd. and M-real Petőfi Label Ltd. will be merged with effect of 30 April 2006. 
 
The companies are expected to continue thier operations under the name of
M-real Petőfi Printing House Ltd., depending on the decision of the Court of
Registration. Legal procedures are currently in process. 
 
Address, contact numbers and contact people will remain the same. More detailed
information will be provided following the changes being registered and
accepted by the Court of Registration. 

Daily business procedures will continue as usual, with no problems expected
from the scheduled merger. The self adhesive label plant will, also in the
future, operate as a division at the same location but under separate
commercial and production control.
