Metsä Board Corporation, part of Metsä Group, has published its Annual Report 2019 as a PDF file on company’s website at www.metsaboard.com in English and in Finnish. The Annual Report includes the company’s Financial Statements, the Report of the Board of Directors and the Corporate Governance Statement for the financial year 1 January–31 December 2019.
In addition, Metsä Board has published its Remuneration Policy and the Salary and Remuneration Report for 2019 in English and in Finnish. These, as well as the Corporate Governance Statement, are available as PDF files on company’s website in the Investors section (www.metsaboard.com/investors) under Corporate Governance.
