NOTICE PURSUANT TO THE SECURITIES MARKET ACT, CHAPTER 2, SECTION 10:
SHAREHOLDING OF VARMA MUTUAL PENSION INSURANCE COMPANY IN M-REAL
CORPORATION HAS INCREASED

According to the information received by M-real Corporation, the
shareholding of Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company has on 7
March, 2006 increased to 2,81 percent of the share capital and to
5,02 percent of the voting rights of M-real Corporation.

In total, Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company owns 9,213,457 M-
real Corporation’s A- and B-shares.
