M-real Speciality Papers business area includes the Zanders mills Gohrsmühle
and Reflex in Germany. In Gohrsmühle a new product strategy has been
implemented. At the same time all existing speciality papers will be further
developed and new innovative paper products are in the pipeline.

The new strategy will be realized in three steps.

In the first step the new uncoated fine paper grade ZANTO has been successfully
launched to the market worldwide. Despite unfavourable general market situation
ZANTO has been launched in a very short time and customer feedback is very
positive. ZANTO is available in folio sheets and reels from 60-300 gsm.

In the second step, new products for M-real's office papers business will be
produced in Gohrsmühle. The Modo Papers range of business reels has an
unrivalled reputation for quality and reliability, which is further enhanced by
the prestigious OCE accreditation being obtained for its Modo Laser product
line. Production of Modo Laser at Gohrsmühle means that heavier paper weights -
up to and including 170 gsm are now added to the range, offering customers even
more flexibility and choice.

In addition, Gohrsmühle's flexibility and expertise has allowed production of
the premium recycled Evolve Business paper product line to be extended. Evolve
Business is now available in heavier paper weights - up to and including 160
gsm in reels, large format sheets or cut size. These steps one and two are in
full implementation.

In the third step the share of coated speciality grades will be increased. New
products are now in the development pipeline and will ideally match the
existing ranges.

Further to our new development strategy we continue to evaluate and develop our
existing ranges to meet market demands, two key areas of development currently
are:

CHROMOLUX, the market leader in cast coated, is now after the successful
relaunch of the graphical and wet glue label assortment, also available as a
face stock paper for self-adhesive labels. Furthermore, board for luxury
packaging is steadily increasing.

Silver Digital for Indigo presses, has now been re-launched. The new range is
now FSC certified, a new matt coated 50% recycled and uncoated range have been
added to the existing portfolio to further broaden its appeal in this fast
developing business sector.
