Communications function in Botnia's Uruguay project reinforced - Marko Janhunen
appointed Vice President, Communications and Public Relations, Uruguay project 


Mr. Marko Janhunen (M.Pol.Sc, EMBA) has been appointed Vice President,
Communications and Public Relations, Uruguay project from 1 September 2006.
Marko Janhunen was previously employed by UPM-Kymmene as Director, Trace Policy
& EU Affairs in Brussels. 

Marko Janhunen, located in Espoo, will lead a team to be formed to the
communications and PR of the Uruguay project. Other members of the team are
Kirsi Seppäläinen, Manager, Communications, (located in Espoo) who will have
the overall responsibility of the communications of the project, Florencia
Herrera, Manager, Communications (located in Montevideo) who is responsible for
Botnia S.A.'s and the project's communication in Latin America as well as Kaisu
Annala, Vice President, Environment (located in Espoo) who acts as an expert in
environmental matters in communication. 

Annikki Rintala, Vice President, Communications, will remain responsible for
other communications in Botnia as before.
