Damages at Fray Bentos mill pipelines

There was an explosion at Fray Bentos mill transfer line for weak malodorous
gases when the mill was started up after a maintenance shutdown. The cause of
the explosion is being investigated. 


There were damages caused to the pipeline, and the start-up of the mill will be
postponed by a couple of days. The damage caused no injuries to personnel nor
any impact to the environment.
