European Commission has on 15 June 2023 closed the investigation into the wood pulp sector under EU antitrust laws
Metsä Group published on 12 October 2021 a press release regarding European Commission’s inspection on Metsä Fibre Oy, a subsidiary of Metsäliitto Cooperative, under the EU antitrust laws as part of a larger investigation into the wood pulp sector.
The European Commission has on 15 June 2023 informed that the investigation into the wood pulp sector has been closed as the Commission has concluded that there are no grounds to continue the investigation.
