INVITATION TO A PRESS CONFERENCE CONCERNING METSÄLIITTO GROUP TOP MANAGEMENT
APPOINTMENTS AND M-REAL'S RESTRUCTURING PROGRAMME

Metsäliitto Group will today arrange a press conference concerning new top
management appointments and M-reals restructuring programme. Press conference
starts 11.00 at Restaurant Bank, Unionkatu 22, Helsinki.

M-real's Chairman of the Board of Directors, Metsäliitto Group President and CEO,
Kari Jordan will present the appointments and M-real restructuring programme. In
addition Mikko Helander, new CEO for M-real and Metsäliitto Group CFO, Ilkka
Pitkänen, are present in the press conference.
