Kari Jordan to continue as President and CEO of Metsä Group beyond the age of retirement

Metsä Group Stock Exchange Release 7 May 2015 at 2.45 am EET  

The Board of Directors of Metsäliitto Cooperative, the parent company of Metsä Group, and Kari Jordan, President and CEO of Metsä Group, have agreed on 7 May 2015 that Jordan will continue in his position beyond 9 March 2016, when he reaches the age of retirement (60 years) determined in his contract.
