Metsä Group closes the divestment Metsä Wood Eesti AS

On 10 June 2014, Metsäliitto Cooperative, the parent company of Metsä Group, announced the divestment of the entire share capital of its subsidiary Metsä Wood Eesti AS to Combimill Invest OÜ. The divestment was finalised on 30 June 2014 following the approval of the Estonian competition authority. The transaction will not have a significant impact on Metsä Wood’s financial results.
