Metsä Wood at Innotrans Fair in Berlin

Metsä Wood is presenting the Phoenix and Sonex Light panels at Innotrans Fair in Berlin, Germany on 23-26 September 2014.

Metsä Wood plywood products offer solutions for the most demanding end use applications in the bus and train industries, where passenger safety and comfort are the first priority. Phoenix fireproofing panel has a patented flame-proof aluminium surface that makes the panel perfect for floors and other structures. Metsä Wood’s range of Phoenix plywood fulfil the strict EN 45545-2:2013 requirements set to R1, R7 and R10 for the Hazard Levels HL1, HL2 and HL3. The fire resistance of Phoenix panels has been tested according to several national standards and directives.

Phoenix fire protection panel is also available with sound-insulation: Phoenix Sonex Light is used to reduce the propagation of sound between exterior and interior spaces.
