New Botnia Pulps sales office in France

Botnia Pulps is establishing a new sales office in France through a take-over
of Modo Pulp S.A.'s sales office in France. The newly formed Botnia Pulps S.A.
will be  operational by the end of this year. Hans Robert Äkerberg has been
appointed Managing Director of take over sales office of Botnia Pulps S.A. 


Marketing Director Jyrki Yrjö-Koskinen says that as a result, the agreement
with the present agent in France, Pagnard & Bonnet, will be terminated as of
1st of January 2001. "We would like to extend thanks to Pagnard & Bonnet for
their valuable contribution over the years," he adds.
