Oy Metsä-Botnia Ab refinances its revolving credit facility

Oy Metsä-Botnia Ab, part of Metsäliitto Group, has on 30 December 2011 signed a new EUR 270 million revolving credit facility agreement with a syndicate of six (6) banks, replacing the existing EUR 300 million facility maturing in March 2012. The new facility matures in December 2016.

Arrangers for the transaction are Danske Bank, DnB Bank, Nordea, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken, Swedbank and Pohjola Bank plc.
