Price Announcement

Botnia will increase the price of Northern Bleached Softwood Kraft (NBSK) in
Europe to USD 850. The new price is valid as from November 1st, 2007 and until
further notice, CIF Botnia's usual European ports. The other terms remain as
agreed.
