Resolute Forest Products won the first RISI Safety Award sponsored by Metsä Fibre and Ahlstrom-Munksjö

Metsä Fibre, part of Metsä Group, and Ahlstrom-Munksjö were sole sponsors of a new RISI PPI Safety Leadership Awards category. We are happy to announce that the winner was Resolute Forest Products.

The target for the safety award is to recognize a pulp or paper production plant for their consistent management and meritorious commitment to occupational safety, long term performance and to encourage their continuous improvement in safety.
