The safety survey gives guidelines for development

According to its employees Botnia has invested in correct actions in safety.
During the autumn, a safety survey was carried out amongst all employees. One
of the main findings was that we still need to increase the participation of
the entire staff to develop the safety culture. Too many risks are still
accepted, but this can be significantly reduced by the model shown by the
superiors. 

The results of this survey offer clear actions that can be implemented together
with the safety indicators. Botnia's goal is zero accidents at the latest
during year 2012. We are moving well towards the objectives: last year the
amount of accidents was halved compared to the previous one.
