NEWS RELEASE 1(1) Metsä Tissue Corporation/lnn 30 January 2004 at 12.30 pm M-REAL HAS SOLD the rest of metsä tissue'S shares M-real Corporation has today sold the remaining 17 per cent of the Metsä Tissue's shares in its possession to Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company and to Sampo Life Insurance Company Ltd.
