Metso Outotec completes divestment of Outotec Turula

Metso Outotec has completed the divestment of Outotec Turula Oy to UAB Arginta Engineering, headquartered in Lithuania. The divestment to Arginta Engineering was announced on September 7, 2021.
The divested business manufactures equipment and components used in the minerals processing and metals refining industries. Metso Outotec has signed a long-term manufacturing service agreement with the new owner.
