Metso Outotec will redeem Outotec’s EUR 150 million Hybrid Bond

Metso Outotec Corporation announces that it will redeem the Outotec Oyj EUR 150,000,000 Hybrid Bond (ISIN: FI4000201207) (the “Capital Securities”) issued on March 24, 2016. The redemption will be made on July 31, 2020, in accordance with Clause 7.2 (Corporate Restructuring Event) of the terms and conditions of the Capital Securities for the amount equal to 101 per cent of the principal amount, in whole, together with any accrued interest.
This notice of redemption is irrevocable and is given to the calculation agent and holders of the Capital Securities in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Capital Securities.
This notice does not constitute an offer of securities. No document relating to the redemption can be transmitted, directly or indirectly, to any country where the exercise of the redemption would be subject to restrictions or to persons residing in any such country.
The completion of the combination of Outotec Oyj and Metso Corporation’s Minerals business was announced yesterday.
