Metso’s Annual report for 2023 has been published

Metso Corporation’s stock exchange release on March 20, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. EET 

Metso has today, March 20, 2024, published its Annual report for 2023. The report consists of five sections that are Business overview, Financial review, Corporate governance statement, Remuneration report and GRI supplement.

Business overview comprises strategy, value creation and sustainability. Financial review consists of the Board of Directors' report, financial statements, Auditor’s report and investor information. Board of directors’ report and financial statements is published in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements as an XHTML document. In line with the ESEF requirements, the primary financial statements and notes have been labelled with iXBRL tags. The audit firm Ernst & Young Oy has provided an independent auditor's reasonable assurance report on Metso’s ESEF Consolidated Financial Statements in accordance with ISAE 3000.

Corporate governance statement includes Corporate Governance, Internal Control and Risk Management systems and Remuneration report consists of remuneration of the Board of Directors and the CEO. GRI supplement includes externally assured sustainability information compliant with the GRI standards.
