Metso updates the terms of its Euro Medium Term Note programme

Metso Corporation has updated the terms of its EUR 2 billion Euro Medium Term Note (“EMTN”) programme. The Luxembourg Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier has approved the base prospectus for the programme on 2 November 2023, which will be available on the website of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and on Metso’s website.

Metso has mandated Citigroup Global Markets Limited to act as an arranger of the EMTN programme.
