Tacos al Pastor

Ingredients

1 Pound of chopped Pork Steak

1 White Onion chopped

2 Oranges juiced (bitter or add lime to the orange juice)

1 Bunch of Coriander chopped

2 Slices of Pineapple diced

3 Limes

2 Tablespoons vegetable oil

4 Tablespoon of La Anita Pastor paste

Method

Marinade the chopped pork steak with La Anita Pastor and the juice of 2 oranges for 30 minutes, the longer you marinade the more flavour you get. In a pan, add 2 tablespoons oil.  Once the oil is hot, cook the meat for 20 minutes, and then add the pineapple. Mix well and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve on tortilla as a taco. Add chopped onion and coriander.
