New York, New York, July 19th, 2012 --- Micron Enviro Systems, Inc. (MSVS.PK), an emerging mining company, announced today that management has entered into talks with the U.K.’s Britannia Mining for a strategic relationship in an effort to enhance Micron’s drilling capabilities, overall output and global reach.

“Aligning Micron with a company that has the global reach, sizable projects and potential wealth that Britannia offers is key to building the type of shareholder value we’re committed to creating for investors,” stated Bradley Rudman, President of Micron Enviro Systems. “Not only will Britannia’s iron ore project provide well managed diversification for Micron, their executive management brings a wealth of knowledge in mining and commodities.”

Streamlining the company’s business model – focusing on gold claims in the Yukon – has helped to position Micron as the American partner Britannia has been seeking.

“Since our inception we have considered taking on an American mining partner that is aligned with our business model,” stated Kenneth Roberts, President and CEO of Britannia Mining. “We believe Micron fits exactly what we are looking for. We are confident that a merger of sorts will be extremely beneficial to our respective companies.”

The type of relationship pursued can take many forms. Neither Rudman nor Roberts have given any indication as to if the companies will simply seek a strategic alliance or if a merger/acquisition is on the table.   In either case, the combined result could prove to be quite valuable to both mining companies.

About Britannia Mining

Britannia Mining is an explorer and developer of mining projects. The company actively trades mined mineral products to its existing customer base. The company is developing a high grade iron ore project in Malawi and holds an Exclusive Prospecting Licence (EPL) for iron ore over 650 sq km at Nthale, Blantyre. From magnetic imaging studies that have been completed over a test area of 20 sq km, the company has located a number of ore bodies that indicate this 20 sq km area could yield upwards of 40 million tonnes iron ore. The company intends to mobilise a drilling program, where upon completion the data will provide a resource definition of the 20 sq km test area.

Britannia Mining is in talks with a number of potential partners to implement a near term mining plan at Nthale Hill.
