MICRON GEARS UP FOR GOLD CLAIM EXPANSION – UP TO 14 NEW PROPERTIES
Micron Intends to Increase Asset Value to Bolster Strategic Appeal; Expanding Gold Properties May Hold Significant Value Possibilities
New York, New York, May 30th, 2012 --- Micron Enviro Systems, Inc. (MSVS.PK), an emerging mining company, announced today that management plans to expand its gold claims in theWhitehorse mining district of Yukon,Canada by adding up to 14 additional properties around the Kinross [Gold Corporation]Yukon findings.
“As previously mentioned, we’re in high pursuit of building greater shareholder value,” stated Bradley Rudman, President of Micron. “If secured, these additional gold claims will not only increase our probability of mining success, but bolster our intrinsic value as we continue to seek out potential projects and strategic relationships.”
Management is in the process of surveying the territory to determine which claims the company will definitively look to stake as funding for this venture has been secured. People close to the company believe that on the merit of the Kinross findings alone, increasing the company’s gold claims to as much as 20 properties (close to 1,000 acres) in the Yukon [Whitehorse], could potentially represent an increased probability of Micron bringing a gold property into production within that region. Investment interest is also likely to spur as Micron begins to refine its business model and better utilize and maximize resources.
“We cannot be all things to all people,” continued Mr. Rudman. “Especially not in this economy. We do however recognize that in order to be a player, we must be diversified. Not as we once were in the past, but responsibly and through well organized and funded strategic relationships.”
Rudman concluded, “We have narrowed down the scope of our search for an alliance prospect and believe that Britannia Mining will indeed help to achieve our long term goals. We are hopeful that our current efforts in theYukon will make us more attractive to both Britannia and its investors; moving us quickly toward strategy talks.”
Management suggests that confidence in Britannia’s core project grew with recent visits to Malawi, Africa, (where Britannia’s Iron Ore project is located) by U.S. Senators Michael Enzi and Kent Conrad. This may suggest political stability and an interest in the African nation’s [Malawi] furthering business with American companies.
Management believes negotiations with the U.K. company could possibly begin within the next few weeks; shortly after Micron secures additional gold claims.
