Midsona has been recognized for its climate change strategy and leadership by the global environmental non-profit initiative CDP. By achieving A-, Midsona is ranked among the best listed companies in the world.

In 2021, a record-breaking 13,000+ companies representing over 64 percent of global market capitalization responded to CDP’s climate change questionnaire. By achieving A-, Midsona is among the 714 (5,4 percent) best companies globally when it comes to climate change strategy and leadership. The CDP’s annual scoring process is widely considered the gold standard of corporate environmental transparency as it measures actions and performance on mitigating climate-related risks and reducing greenhouse gas emission.

“We are very proud of CDP’s recognition of our performance as it shows that we are at a globally high level on our path towards climate change. The work is now continuing to accelerate the reduction of our climate impact to reach our Net-Zero target 2045,” said Peter Åsberg, CEO of Midsona.

The CDP (formerly the Carbon Disclosure Project) is an international non-profit organization that helps companies disclose their environmental impact. CDP scoring drives corporate transparency and helps to guide, incentivize, and assess environmental action.
