Wilh. Sonesson's revised schedule for sale and listing of Active Capital On April 24, 2002, the Annual General Meeting of Wilh. Sonesson resolved to focus the operations of the Group on the Consumer Healthcare sector (that is, pharmaceuticals, naturopathic preparations and personal care products) by selling the other operations, which are combined in the company Active Capital, to shareholders. The previously published schedule was based on the assumption that the Listing Committee of Stockholmsbörsen (Stockholm Exchange) would address the issue of the Company's listing on the Exchange's O-List at the Committee's meeting on June 11, 2002. Since Active Capital's Board and organization were first formalized on April 8, the matter cannot be dealt with until the next Committee meeting on August 19. This is due to the rule stating that a Board must have been operational for at least three months before the Committee may consider the matter. This means that Active Capital will be listed on the "Nya Marknaden" (new market) list and then listed in Stockholmsbörsen's O-List, preliminarily effective August 26. Sonesson entitles the rights: holder to one (1) purchase right. One (1) purchase right carries the right to purchase one new Active Capital share of the same class.
