Milestone Technologies Named a Preferred Sumo Logic Integration Partner
FREMONT, Calif., April 29, 2014– As part of its ongoing efforts to provide the most innovative solutions to its clients, Milestone Technologies, Inc. (MILESTONE) will become a preferred Sumo Logic Integration Partner. This partnership enables MILESTONE to provide a new integrated Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) platform powered by Sumo Logic and ServiceNow. The new integration will support MILESTONE’s efforts to help its clients make a simple and successful transition from their current disjointed event detection and remediation services to an integrated, proactive cloud-based ITSM solution.
With the new cloud-to-cloud integration, MILESTONE will be able to take advantage of the unique Sumo Logic anomaly detection capabilities that automatically integrate with ServiceNow for event resolution. MILESTONE Managed Services and Professional Services teams will be able to quickly detect and efficiently remediate anomalies and known events, while capturing knowledge for future events. The integration between Sumo Logic and ServiceNow can significantly decrease Mean Time to Identify (MTTI) and Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR) for MILESTONE’s clients.
