Millicom publishes prospectus and applies for listing of its SEK bonds

Luxembourg, 26 May 2016 – Millicom International Cellular S.A. announces today that it has published the listing prospectus for its SEK bonds issued in April and applied to list the bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm.On 21 April 2016, Millicom completed the issuance of its SEK 2,000,000,000 STIBOR + 3.3% floating rate bonds due 2019. The listing prospectus prepared in conjunction with the bonds has been approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority and Millicom has applied to list the bonds on the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm. Millicom issues 10-year corporate bond

Stockholm, 11 March 2015 – Millicom (Stockholmsbörsen: MIC) today announces that it has successfully issued a $500 million US Dollar-denominated bond.Millicom has successfully completed the issuance of a 10-year $500 million bond with a fixed coupon of 6.00%. The issuance was done at par. The bond will be listed in Luxembourg. Millicom intends to use the proceeds to redeem the remaining portion of the 8.00% Senior Notes issued by its subsidiary Telemovil Finance Co Ltd in 2010, to fund capex and for general corporate purposes.

Millicom completes issue of 10-year bond for Guatemala

Stockholm, 3 February, 2014 – Millicom, the leading international telecommunications and media company (Stockholmsbörsen: MIC), announced today that its subsidiary in Guatemala, Comcel, has successfully borrowed $800m through the issuance of a new US dollar denominated bond.The 10 year bond was issued below par at 98.233 and will yield a coupon of 6,875%. Proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt and for general corporate purposes.

Millicom completes issue of 8-year bond

Stockholm, October 16, 2013 – Millicom, the leading international telecommunications and media company (Stockholmsbörsen: MIC), announced today that it has successfully completed the issuance of a new US dollar denominated bond.The company successfully completed the issuance of an eight year $800m bond with a fixed coupon of 6.625%. The demand for the bond reached $2.4bn. Millicom intends to use the proceeds to finance its proposed merger transaction in Colombia.

Millicom issues 7-year corporate bond

Stockholm, May 20, 2013 – Millicom, the international telecommunications and media company (Stockholmsbörsen: MIC) today announces that it has successfully issued a US Dollar-denominated bond.Millicom has successfully completed the issuance of a 7-year $500 million bond with a fixed coupon of 4.75%. The issuance was done at 99.266 and the demand for the bond reached $3.9 billion primarily from the USA and Europe. The bond will be listed in Luxembourg. Millicom intends to use the majority of the proceeds to refinance debt maturing in Africa in 2013.
