Björn Wolrath becomes new Boardmember at Mind Björn Wolrath, former boss of Skandia, has become an ordinary member of the Board of Internet consultants Mind. Wolrath is currently chairman of the Board for a number of organisations including Skattbetalarnas förening [the Swedish taxpayers' union] and is a Board member of several Swedish companies. Björn Wolrath, 56, was formerly the president and CEO of Skandia and currently runs the Momentum company. Wolrath is chairman of the Board for a number of organisations including Skattebetalarnas förening, com hem, Svensk Exportkredit and Arbetarskydds-nämnden [the Swedish Joint Occupational Safety Council] and also sits on the Board of Goodguy, Industrivärden, Stockholm University and Hammarby Football Club. Wolrath was formerly chairman of the Board of Corda Internet consultants. With Mind's acquisition of the company, he has now become an ordinary Board member of Mind. The company's business activities have been boosted by the recent acquisition and it will be especially stimulating to work with the continued expansion of the company," says Björn Wolrath. Mind has expanded dramatically over the winter months. The business has acquired four companies and opened offices in Karlstad and Uppsala. The number of staff employed has increased from 220 employees at the end of the year to 400 at present.
