Lower selling price set in Mind AB The Board of Directors of Mind AB ("Mind") has decided on a lower, fixed selling price of SEK 38 per share in the current offering to the stock market and pending exchange listing. Since the original selling price range was announced on May 12, 2000, the comparable Swedish sector for listed Internet consultants has fallen sharply. Accordingly, the market conditions for the offering have changed radically and, therefore, the Board in consultation with Alfred Berg is aligning the price in the offering to the market. In all other respects, it is intended that the transaction will be implemented as previously announced. The book-building period for institutional investors expires on May 30, 2000. Application period for the general public in Sweden is through May 29, 2000. Settlement date for the offering is June 9, 2000 and the shares are expected to be listed on the O-List of the OM Stockholm Exchange on or about June 13, 2000. As a result of the transaction, which comprises a total of 10,649,800 shares, of which 3,149,800 are existing shares in the company, Mind receives proceeds of SEK 285m, before any over-allotment and issue costs.
