"In our opinion, Mind is the most interesting player in the Internet market and we look forward to offering our expertise in fields such as Internet-based solutions in Oracle environments. Our customers will also feel the benefits of this acquisition as they will have access to an expansive organisation with a large and broad skills base," says Lennart Ereback, CEO of Acacia Systemutveckling. Mind has expanded rapidly since the beginning of the year. In addition to Acaciagruppen Mind has acquired the Internet company Corda Consulting AB, Exigo Network Solutions AB and the Norwegian company Adekvat C AS as well as opening two branch offices. "There is a lack of brand strategies and system developers in the Internet sector. The acquisition of Acaciagruppen will enable us to reinforce our organisation with some of the most sought-after personnel categories in the job market. The skills and experience which Acaciagruppen, Adekvat C, Exigo and Corda bring to Mind are incredibly valuable for us.
