Mind acquires specialist company Inventa The Internet company Mind is buying the specialist company, Inventa, which is extremely skilled in the field of systems and business development. This deal represents a further step in Mind's continuous expansion and strengthens its position as the leading supplier of Internet solutions. Inventa is an Internet company with cutting-edge expertise in systems and business development. The company specialises in developing expert systems to regulate information in databases on the Internet; an important component in advanced Internet solutions. "It is stimulating to be able to bring the specialist expertise of a company like Inventa to a company such as Mind. So far, Inventa has only worked with certain areas of our customers' Internet-based solutions. Now we will be able to take part in the whole process," says Amit Bhargava, CEO of Inventa. Inventa currently has 16 employees and an expected turnover of SEK 16 million for 1999.
