Mind prospectus released In connection with an offer to acquire shares in the company, the Board of Directors of Mind AB ("Mind") has applied for a listing of the company's shares on the O-List of the OM Stockholm Exchange. On May 3, 2000, the Listing Committee of the OM Stockholm Exchange took the decision to approve Mind for listing on the O-List subject to the company's broadening of ownership requirement being fulfilled. The offer relates to a total of 10,649,800 shares corresponding to 28 percent of the share capital and voting rights in Mind when the new share issue has been implemented. The shares, which comprise existing and newly issued shares, will be offered to institutional investors in Sweden and abroad, as well as to the general public in Sweden.
