Mind expects to have between 30 to 50 people in place by the year's end. "A lot of recruitment activities occur in cities such as Uppsala. We think that this is a good way to attract additional expertise to the company and at the same time, our new employees can work in their home town," says Jörgen Larsson, Mind's CEO. Demand for Mind's services has rocketed over the past year, so the company has concentrated heavily on recruiting employees during the autumn and winter. "Uppsala is a well-known seat of knowledge and with this new office, we hope to find employees with wide-ranging technical skills that fit into a dynamic, rapidly expanding company," Larsson concludes.
