Sale and new issue of shares in Mind AB oversubscribed Offer was subscribed approximately 1.4 times Listing on the O-List of the OM Stockholm Exchange on June 13, 2000 The sale and new issue of shares in Mind AB (publ) ("Mind") has been accomplished. Institutional investors in Sweden and abroad and the general public in Sweden acquired a total of 10 649 800 shares, corresponding to approximately 28 percent of the total number of shares in Mind. The shares consist of both existing and newly issued shares. As a result of over-allocation, an additional maximum of 1 500 000 shares can be newly issued in connection with the offer. The selling price of the Mind share was established at SEK 38 per share on May 26, 2000. Accordingly, the total volume in the offer amounts to SEK 405m1, of which SEK 285m through new issue. The offer was subscribed approximately 1.4 times. Among those allocated shares, there are approximately 45 Swedish as well as international institutions. The shares are expected to be listed on the O-List of the OM Stockholm Exchange on June 13, 2000. Payment for the alloted shares must be made no later than June 9, 2000.
