Mindshare Packs Education and Action into its Third Best Practices Conference
The VoC Leader Will Host Customer Service Analysts, Executives, and Experts in Park City
SALT LAKE CITY (June 21, 2011) — The NBA has its All-Star game. Movie stars have the Oscars. The Voice of the Customer (VoC) industry has Mindshare’s Best Practices Conference.
Mindshare Technologies, the top provider of Customer Feedback Management, will host its third annual Best Practices Conference Sept. 21-23 at the Canyons Resort in Park City, Utah.
The event will attract the country’s most successful customer satisfaction leaders, including executives from some of the world’s largest Restaurant chains, Retailers, Cable TV Communications providers, and many more.
“Last year was my first Mindshare Best Practices Conference, and certainly won’t be my last. The 2010 conference far exceeded my expectations, even though my predecessors had told me how great it would be. It was energetic from start to finish, as well as motivating!” said Jerry Lott, Director of Consumer Affairs at Bridgestone Retail Operations. “I walked away with great information and ideas that I utilized in my 2011 business planning. I’m looking forward to this year’s take-away.”
Scott Deming will address the Conference attendees as its keynote speaker. With 30 years of customer service experience, Deming is an inspiring and educational business wizard who knows how to capture a customer and rile a crowd. Forrester analyst Andrew McInnes, who serves customer service executives across the country, will add his thoughts on the future of customer service best practices.
Mindshare has built the event to feel like an open discussion, where experts, analysts, and executives can share what works best for them within their specific industries, including: Quick-Serve and Formal Restaurants, Contact Centers, Home Services, Retailers, and more.
At the Best Practices Conference, Mindshare President Richard Hanks and CEO John Sperry will present Mindshare’s 2011 Best Practices awards, given to the companies most focused on their customer satisfaction efforts. Last year’s award winners were Papa Murphy’s, Bridgestone, Comcast, and Express.
“Our Best Practices Conference empowers and informs like no other VoC event in the nation,” said John Sperry, CEO of Mindshare. “These three days are going to rock the loafers or heels off everyone in attendance.”
