Change in the number of shares and share capital in Minesto

The number of shares and share capital in Minesto AB has increased as a result of the exercise of warrants of series TO3.

A total of 10,236,653 new shares were subscribed for in Minesto AB through the exercise of the TO3 warrants. Subscription has taken place in instalments during the subscription period, which ran from January 2020 to 30 April 2021.

After the shares subscribed for in connection with the end of the subscription period have now been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office, the total number of shares and votes in Minesto AB amounts to 137,655,143, with a quota value of SEK 0.05 per share. The share capital in Minesto AB thus amounts to SEK 6,882,757.15 after the completion of the warrants program.

The shares subscribed for in connection with the end of the subscription period have been delivered to the subscriber's account as interim shares. As soon as these have been converted into Class A shares, they will be admitted to trading on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market. This is expected to be completed by 25 May 2021.
