MIPS and Bauer conclude proceeding and agree on no further legal actions

Following the recent judgment of the Federal Court of Canada in the patent dispute with Bauer Hockey Ltd and Bauer Hockey LLC (“Bauer”) regarding MIPS Brain Protection System, MIPS AB (“MIPS”) has entered into an agreement with Bauer. Pursuant to the agreement, the parties have resolved all outstanding matters related to the judgment, the proceeding has now concluded and no party shall take any further legal actions in the case. The agreement is the final step for MIPS to bring its dealings with Bauer to an end in relation to this patent dispute.
