Terrorism Institute Provides InCOP Training to Kansas’ Largest Law Enforcement Agency
(Oklahoma City, Okla.) MIPT (Memorial Institute for the Prevention of Terrorism) and the Kansas State Highway Patrol have partnered to provide InCOP training to the agencies 800 personnel and surrounding departments. MIPT’s InCOP 1 Train-the-Trainer course was rolled out May 8thand 9th, 2012 to officers with the goal of improving information collection and reporting skills throughout the state. “MIPT’s mission to train law enforcement is founded in the Oklahoma City bombing. Timothy McVeigh stole components for the bomb and assembled it in Kansas,” stated MIPT’s Training Director
