Oklahoma Terrorism Prevention Institute Trains the Second Half of the Twin-Cities in InCOP:  St. Paul Police Department

(Oklahoma City, OK, Dec. 29th, 2011) MIPT (Memorial Institute for the Prevention of Terrorism) and the St. Paul, Minneapolis Police Department have partnered to provide InCOP training to law enforcement and coordinate information collection. Trainers from St. Paul completed a two-day InCOP Train-the-Trainer course conducted on site at MIPT in Oklahoma City on October 11th and 12th, 2011.
