MMT at Oceanology International
MMT is exhibiting at Oceanology International for the 7th time. The event takes place at ExCel in London on the 13-15th of March 2018 and MMT will demonstrate the new version of the fast going survey ROV Surveyor Interceptor, now upgraded for UXO inspections.
MMT launched the first version of the Surveyor ROV in 2014 at Oceanology International. Since then it has been working on some of Europe’s largest pipeline and cable route projects and has been developed in close cooperation with partners and clients.

On Tuesday 19th September, after more than a month out on the Black Sea, the third year of the Black Sea MAP marine archaeological project ends. The main objective of the project has been to map the submerged submarine landscapes along the Bulgarian coast. The water level of the Black Sea has risen significantly since the end of the last ice age, and ancient shorelines can now be found down to a depth of more than 100 metres.

MMT has entered into a contract with Medgaz in Spain for inspection of the offshore pipeline between Algeria and Spain.The project will be performed within the Joint Venture agreement between MMT and Reach Subsea utilizing the vessel Edda Fonn.
The pipeline transports gas from Algeria to Spain and crosses the Mediterranean at a maximum depth of 2.155 metres of water.
The inspection work will be performed in February 2017.
