NEW CHAIRMAN IN MOBERG DERMA

At Moberg Derma´s annual general meeting of 22 April 2010, Mats Pettersson was elected new chairman of the board and Wenche Rolfsen deputy chairman. Mats Pettersson replaces Ingemar Aldén, who resigned after four years as chairman of the board.

After the annual general meeting, the board has the following composition: • Mats Pettersson (chairman) • Wenche Rolfsen (deputy chairman) • Bertil Karlmark • Torbjörn Koivisto • Gustaf Lindewald • Peter Wolpert Introduction of the new board members Mats Pettersson, Born 1945, B.Sc. (Economics and Business Administration). Until 2007, Mats Pettersson was the CEO of Biovitrum AB. He is board chairman of NsGene AS and board member of SwedenBio AB, Ablynx NV, Lundbeck A/S, BBB Holding B.V and Photocure AS. Mats Pettersson was previously a board member of Biacore International AB and Active Biotech. He was also Senior Vice President and a member of the Management Committee of Pharmacia Corporation. Wenche Rolfsen, Born 1952, Ph.D. in Pharmacology, adjunct professor at Uppsala University. Wenche Rolfsen is board chairman of Aprea and Denator and board member of Artimplant, Biovitrum, Industrifonden, Axis-Shield PLC, England and Aker Biomarine AS, Norway. She has held top positions in R&D within the Pharmaceutical Industry including PharmaciaUpjohn, CEO for Quintiles AB and Vice President Quintiles Europe, Explorative Clinical Research.
