Mobilaris AB, a newly launched company within the Mobile Internet sector, has completed a private placement and signed an agreement regarding financing of the company's longterm investment requirements. Mobilaris AB's business idea is to develop service platforms and advanced mobile information services for the rapidly expanding segment of mobile service providers and mobile portals within the area of Mobile Internet. The Mobilaris platform opens up unique possibilities to offer geographically structured information to the mobile user such as maps, localised Yellow Pages etc. Future application possibilities for this segment are deemed to be considerable. With the Mobilaris concept, mobile services for a world market are created and with the Mobilaris platform (MIP) any actor, great or small, can take on the role as service provider of mobile information services. Amalendu Parasnis, CEO, and Jan Eriksson, Marketing Director, have together with the rest of the staff been recruited from Telia Mobile AB and Telia Research AB, Sweden. The company has recently carried out a private placement and signed an agreement for financing of the company's long term investment requirements with a consortium of international investors, led by CLS Capital Partners. CLS Capital Partners hold a majority in the consortium and is a company within the CLS Holdings plc group, whose parent company CLS Holdings plc is listed on the London Stock Exchange.
