MoDo - Board proposes change of name to Holmen

MoDo Board proposes change of name to Holmen MoDo's Board has decided that an Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on February 10 th 2000 shall resolve on a proposal to change the name from the present Mo och Domsjö Aktiebolag to Holmen Aktiebolag. It is also proposed that the registered office of the company be transferred from Örnsköldsvik to Stockholm. Provided that the Meeting resolves in favour of the proposal, the intention is that the name of the Group shall be Holmen. The Holmen Paper, Iggesund Paperboard and Iggesund Timber business areas will retain their names, while MoDo Skog will change its name to Holmen Skog.
