MoDo - Convertibles and warrants to be listed on OM Stockholmsbörsen

Convertibles and equity warrants to be listed on OM Stockholmsbörsen on th December 14 Shareholders in Mo och Domsjö AB (publ) decided at an Extraordinary nd General Meeting held on September 2 , 1998 that the company should issue convertibles and debentures with detachable equity warrants. The convertibles and warrants were subscribed to by employees of the MoDo Group. Holders of the convertibles are entitled to exchange them for, and holders of the warrants are entitled to subscribe to, MoDo's Series "B" shares st st during the February 1 -March 31 , 2004 period.
